Days 1 & 2

Fly World Traveller class with British Airways from London Heathrow to Shanghai.  On arrival transfer to a 3* hotel for a two night stay inclusive of breakfast.

Day 3

Join a full day tour of Shanghai.  This will include visits to the Jade Buddha Temple, River Bund, Yuyuan Garden, Shanghai Arts and Crafts Museum, Pudong District, People's Square and the Shanghai Museum.  Tour includes lunch.

Day 4

Transfer to Shanghai Airport for an onward flight to Guilin.  On arrival transfer to a 3* hotel for a two night stay inclusive of breakfast.

Day 5

Join a sightseeing cruise on the picturesque River Li.  Tour includes lunch.

Day 6

Transfer to Guilin Airport for an onward flight to Xian. On arrival transfer to a 3* hotel for a two night stay inclusive of breakfast.

Day 7

Join a sightseeing tour of Xian.  This will include the Terracotta Warriors, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Huaqing Hot Spring or Banpo Museum.  Lunch is included.

Day 8

Transfer to Xian Airport for an onward flight to Beijing, the capital city of China.  On arrival, transfer to a 3* hotel for a three night stay inclusive of breakfast.

Day 9

Join a sightseeing excursion to the impressive Great Wall of China and Ming Tombs.  Lunch is included.

Day 10

Join a sightseeing tour of the magnificent Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven and Tiananmen Square.

Day 11

Transfer to Beijing Airport for a return World Traveller class British Airways flight to London Heathrow.
